Preliminary University Level Science Model Exhibition Competition organized by Karnataka Rajya Vijnana Parishad aided by Karnataka Science & Technology Academy, Govt. of Karnataka in collaboration with Dept. of Collegiate Education, Govt. of. Karnataka was held in our College on 8th March, 2016. Winners of this round are eligible to take part in the State Level Model Exhibition Competition.

Convention of the Management & Teachers of the Colleges under the Academy of General Education, Manipal was held in our College on 13th April, 2016. Dr. H. Shantaram, Administrative Officer, AGE, Manipal inaugurated the convention. Sri K. Abhayachandra Jain, Chairman, SMC Governing Council presided over the function. Dr. Aloysius Sequeira, Director, College of Management Studies, NITK, Surathkal delivered a lecture on the topic “Role of Teachers in the Changing Educational Scenario”.
